What is a printable?
A digital file you download and print yourself, instead of an item that is posted to you. Ours are Canva templates, so you can change the wording before you print rather than being stuck with what was designed.
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. Every template works on a free Canva account. You will never be asked to upgrade in order to edit or download something you bought here.
What do I actually receive?
A PDF containing your template link and instructions. Open the PDF, click through to Canva, edit in your browser and download when you are happy. Nothing is shipped.
How should I print party printables?
Download from Canva as PDF Print. Use 200–300 gsm cardstock for cards and signs, set your printer to actual size (100%) and run one test page first. Large signs are usually cheaper at a copy shop than at home.
How many times can I print it?
As often as you like, for your own event. The file stays yours. Reselling or sharing the template is not allowed.
Can I get a refund?
Because the files are delivered instantly, orders cannot be cancelled or returned. If anything is wrong with your file, message us and we will put it right.
