How It Works

The four steps

1. Choose your design

Browse by occasion, by product or by theme. Every listing shows the sizes, the page count, and whether the design is part of a matching set.

2. Get your link

The download appears on the confirmation page and lands in your inbox the moment payment goes through. Nothing is posted to you.

3. Edit in Canva

The link adds a personal copy to your own account. Change the names, dates, times and addresses, and the colors and fonts if you want to.

4. Download and print

Export as PDF, JPG or PNG. Print at home, hand it to a print shop, or skip printing and send the file to your guests.

What that gets you

One editable file per design. You change what needs changing and the rest stays exactly as it was drawn, so a set still matches after you have put your own names in it.

Instant download

Your template link arrives the moment you check out. Nothing is posted to you.

Editable in Canva

Names, dates, colors and photos. A free Canva account is enough.

Print as often as you like

At home on cardstock, or hand the same file to a copy shop.

Reuse it next year

A personal use license covers your own events, so one design can carry more than one party.

Common questions

No. If you can edit a document, you can edit these. Canva works by clicking on text and typing over it. The editing guide walks through it step by step, with video.

Nothing breaks. Canva has undo, and your original template link always creates a fresh copy if you want to start again from scratch.

Because these are instant digital downloads, they cannot be returned once the file has been delivered. If a file will not open or something is genuinely wrong with it, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.

Once the template is copied into your Canva account it stays there. Download the finished file to your own device as well, as a backup.

Yes. A personal use license covers your own events, so a design bought for one birthday can be edited and reused for another.
