Six to eight weeks, allowing time for posted invitations and replies.

What should the font size be on printed pieces?
Larger than you would normally use. Twelve point minimum on menus and programs, and bigger on signs. It is a small change that makes the whole event more comfortable for a chunk of the guest list.
What is a good group gift?
A memories book made from cards guests fill in at the party. Print the cards, collect them at the end, and bind them afterwards.
