Baby shower invitation questions
What should a baby shower invitation say?
The mum-to-be's name, the date and start time, the venue address, an RSVP name and contact, and the RSVP date. If there is a registry, a theme, or a request such as bringing a book instead of a card, add one short line at the bottom. When should I send baby shower invitations?
Four to six weeks before the shower. That gives guests time to plan travel and buy a gift without being so early that they forget. For a digital invite you can send around three weeks out.
What size are the invitations?
Most designs are 5x7 inches, the standard invitation size, which fits an A7 envelope. You can resize in Canva if you prefer a different format.
Can I add a photo?
Yes. Upload your photo in Canva and drop it into any image frame in the template, or place it on a blank area of the design.
Can I change the wording completely?
Yes. Every text box is editable, so you can rewrite the whole invitation, change fonts, or delete lines you do not need.
