Printable Baby Shower Food Labels & Tent Cards
Food labels are a small thing that changes how a buffet reads. Without them a table is a row of unidentified dishes; with them it looks like someone planned it. They also stop the recurring question of whether something contains nuts.
Editable in Canva, printed several to a sheet, folded and placed. The whole set takes about half an hour.

Punny labels or plain?
Baby shower food labels invite terrible puns — "ready to pop" popcorn, "baby's bottoms" peaches. They land well with most crowds. If the shower is a quieter, more elegant affair, plain dish names in a nice font do the job without anyone wincing.

What size should tent cards be?
3.5x2 inches folded, which is business card size. Big enough to read across a table, small enough that six fit on a sheet.
What paper should I use?
200 to 250 gsm cardstock. Too light and the tent card will not stand; too heavy and the fold cracks.
How do I attach water bottle labels?
Wrap around the bottle and secure with a small piece of double sided tape or a glue stick at the overlap. Remove the original label first for a clean look.
Will they survive condensation?
Paper labels on chilled bottles will soften after an hour or two. If drinks are sitting in ice all afternoon, print on waterproof sticker paper instead.
How do I make cupcake toppers?
Print on cardstock, cut out the circles, and glue two back to back with a toothpick between them so both sides are printed.
Can I add allergy information?
Yes, and you should. A small line under the dish name is all it needs.
