Shipping policy
Everything we sell is digital. No physical item will be shipped to you, and there are no shipping costs at any point.
How delivery works
- You complete your order at checkout.
- Your download appears on the order confirmation page straight away.
- A confirmation email with your download arrives at the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- Your download is an instruction PDF. It contains your personal template link, editing instructions, and printing guidance.
If your email does not arrive
- Check your spam, promotions, and junk folders
- Confirm you entered the correct email address at checkout
- Wait fifteen minutes — email delivery is occasionally slow

Where we sell
We sell to customers in the United States. Because delivery is digital, there is no shipping address to enter, no customs, no import duty, and no delivery window to wait out. Your file is yours within minutes of checkout.
What you need
A free Canva account to open and edit your template, and a printer or a local print shop if you want a physical copy. Nothing else, and nothing to install.
