Terms of service

When you buy a template from PaperGoodsParty, you are buying a license to use the design. The design itself, and the copyright in it, stay with Rome Media Group BV.

What you may do

  • Personalize the template in Canva as many times as you like
  • Print it as many times as you like, at home or at a print shop, for your own event
  • Use it for your own celebration, or for the celebration of a friend or family member
  • Share the finished, personalized design as a digital invitation — by message, email, or social media

What you may not do

  • Resell, share, gift, or give away the template file or the template link
  • Upload the file to any sharing site, marketplace, or membership site
  • Sell prints of the design, or offer it as a service to clients
  • Use the design as part of a product you sell, whether digital or physical
  • Claim the design as your own work
  • Pass the design on as PLR, commercial-use, or resale rights to anyone else
  • Use the design for anything unlawful, hateful, or defamatory

In plain terms

Buy it once, use it as often as you want, for your own parties. Do not pass the file on, and do not build a business on it.

Commercial use

The standard license is for personal use only. If you want to use a design commercially — printing to sell, or using it for client work — email contact@papergoodsparty.com. We are open to it, but it has to be agreed in writing first.

Fonts, photos, and elements

Templates are built with fonts and elements from the Canva library. Your right to use those inside your Canva design comes from Canva's own license, which you accept when you make an account. Extracting an element from the template to use somewhere else is not covered.

If the license is broken

We may end your license and ask you to stop using and delete the files. Serious infringement can lead to a claim for damages.

Questions
