Printable Wedding Templates
Wedding stationery is one of the few line items in a wedding budget where doing it yourself genuinely looks the same as paying someone. A template costs the same whether you invite forty guests or two hundred and fifty, and when the guest list changes at the last minute you just reopen the file.
Everything here is built in Canva. You personalise it, export it, and print it at home or at a print shop.

Keeping it all consistent
Pick one design family and stick to it. Using the same two fonts and the same three colours across the invitation, the welcome sign and the menus is what makes a wedding look designed rather than assembled. Most of our sets are built so you can duplicate one template in Canva and rebuild the others from it.

How much does DIY wedding stationery actually save?
A printed invitation suite from a stationer typically runs three to eight dollars per guest. Printing the same suite yourself, including decent cardstock and envelopes, lands closer to one dollar. On a hundred and twenty guest wedding that is a meaningful difference.
What order should I do things in?
Save the dates six to twelve months out, invitations six to eight weeks before, then signage, menus and place cards in the final month once numbers are settled. Seating chart last, about a week before.
Do I need a paid Canva account?
No. Everything works on a free account.
Can I print it all at home?
Invitations, menus, place cards and programs, yes, on 250 to 300 gsm cardstock. Welcome signs and seating charts should go to a print shop, on foam board if they need to stand on an easel.
What if my colours are unusual?
Every colour is editable by hex code in Canva, so you can match an exact shade from your florist or bridesmaid dresses.
