Printable Office Party Templates
Office parties are usually organized by someone who did not ask for the job, on top of their actual work. These templates cut the preparation down to filling in a few text boxes.

Joke awards
Print certificates for categories everyone recognizes: most likely to reply at midnight, best desk snacks, most meetings survived. It takes ten minutes to write, it costs nothing, and it is what people talk about the next day.
One rule: every category should be something the person would happily read out. Awards that are funny at someone's expense land badly at a work event, however well intended.
Human bingo
A grid of statements such as has run a marathon or speaks three languages. Guests find a colleague who matches and write their name in. It works better than any other icebreaker for a room where departments do not mix.
Office party questions
How far ahead should invitations go out?
Four to six weeks for a holiday party, since December fills up quickly. Two weeks for a smaller team event.
What games work at a work event?
Human bingo and team trivia. Anything requiring individuals to perform in front of colleagues does not.
How should Secret Santa work?
A printed sign-up sheet with a stated budget and a deadline. Ambiguity about the budget is what makes Secret Santa uncomfortable.
What paper should I use?
Ordinary paper for games. Cardstock for certificates and name badges.
Can I add our logo?
Yes. Upload it in Canva and place it on any template.
