Printable Quinceañera Templates

A quinceañera is closer to a wedding than a birthday in scale: a mass, a formal reception, a court of honor, choreographed dances and a guest list that can run past two hundred. The stationery load is correspondingly larger.

All editable in Canva.

The reception program

With the entrance, the father-daughter waltz, the surprise dance, the changing of the shoes, the toast and the cake, a printed program keeps a long evening moving and lets guests know what is coming. Naming the full court in it also gives every member something to keep.

Quinceañera questions

How far ahead should invitations go out?

Eight to twelve weeks. Quinceañeras often draw family from other countries, so earlier is better, with a save the date well before that.

What goes in the mass program?

The readings, the hymns, the presentation of the gifts, the names of the padrinos, and the order of the rite. Confirm the sequence with the church.

How many people are in the court?

Traditionally fourteen damas and fourteen chambelanes, one pair for each year, though many families use a smaller court. The templates adjust to any number.

Can the templates be in Spanish?

Yes. Every text field is editable, so you can write the whole suite in Spanish, English or both.

What paper should I use?

300 gsm for invitations, since these are often kept. 200 gsm for folded programs.
