Printable Mimosa Bar Signs
A mimosa bar is the single best value addition to a baby shower or bridal brunch. A few bottles of prosecco, four juices, some fruit, and a printed sign turns a drinks table into an activity guests remember.

How to set one up
Prosecco or cava on ice, three or four juices in carafes with labels, and bowls of fruit and garnishes. Orange, peach, cranberry and pineapple is the standard set. Raspberries, blueberries, mint and orange slices for garnish.
Two practical notes. Put the sign at the start of the table so people know what they are looking at before they pick up a glass. And label the non-alcoholic option with the same size sign as everything else.
The guest of honor is not drinking
Neither, usually, are several other people in the room, for reasons they may not want to explain. A proper mocktail option with its own labelled carafe, given equal billing, means nobody has to hold a glass of orange juice and field questions about it.
Mimosa bar questions
How much prosecco do I need?
One bottle per three to four guests for a two hour event, given that mimosas are part juice. Buy one extra.
What size should the sign be?
8x10 in a frame for a small table, 11x14 or 16x20 for a larger setup or an easel.
What juices work best?
Orange, peach, cranberry and pineapple. Grapefruit divides opinion sharply.
Should I pre-mix?
No. Half the appeal is guests building their own, and pre-mixed mimosas go flat.
Can I do this without alcohol?
Yes. Sparkling grape juice or elderflower with the same juices and garnishes works for a shower where nobody is drinking.
