Printable Chocolate Bar Wrappers
A wrapped chocolate bar is the favor that never gets left behind on a table. It costs about a dollar, everyone wants it, and a printed wrapper turns a supermarket bar into something that looks made for the occasion.
All editable in Canva.
What's in this collection
- Baby shower wrappers, including punny designs
- Birthday wrappers with name and age
- Wedding and bridal shower favors
- Thank you wrappers for teachers and staff
- Seasonal designs for Christmas and Halloween
- Mini bar wrappers for party bags
How to wrap them
- Print on ordinary paper. Cardstock is too stiff to fold cleanly around a bar.
- Cut along the guides.
- Slide the original outer wrapper off, keeping the foil intact.
- Wrap yours around and secure at the back with a glue stick or double sided tape.
Standard wrappers fit a 1.55 oz Hershey-size bar. Mini wrappers fit fun-size bars. Check your bar against the template before printing a hundred.
Chocolate wrapper questions
What paper should I use?
Standard printer paper or thin text-weight paper. Cardstock creases badly at the folds.
Does the chocolate touch the paper?
No. The foil inner wrapper stays on, so your printed sheet only touches the foil.
What size are they?
Around 5.5 x 5.25 inches for a standard bar. Mini wrappers are roughly 3.5 x 2.5 inches.
How far ahead can I make them?
Weeks. Wrapped bars keep as well as unwrapped ones, so this is a good job to do early.
How many fit on a sheet?
One standard wrapper per sheet, or six to eight mini wrappers.
Can I use a different chocolate bar?
Yes, as long as you measure it and resize the template in Canva to match.
