Baptism and christening invitations
There are four baptism designs. The Boy Blue Watercolor Cross and the Girl Pastel Floral Cross suit families who want a soft, gentle palette. The Christening Minimalist Line Art Cross is a clean option with plenty of white space. The Vintage Cross and Wildflowers design comes with wording already included, which helps if you are unsure how to phrase the invitation. Every color and line of text can be changed, so any of them works for a boy or a girl.
First Communion invitations
The five First Communion designs include the Greenery Cross, the White Dove with an olive branch, the Boy Gold Chalice, the black and white Girl Rose Border, and Boy Walking with Jesus. They range from minimalist to vintage, so there is a style for a formal parish celebration as well as a relaxed family lunch afterwards. Confirmation invitations
For Confirmation there are five designs: Blue Watercolor Dove, Vintage Cross in black and white, a Floral Watercolor card with a butterfly, a Soft Watercolor Floral with eucalyptus, and a Greenery Eucalyptus design that works for either a boy or a girl. Choosing a design that fits the day
Think about where the celebration happens. A minimalist line art cross or a black and white rose border reads as formal and pairs well with a church service followed by a sit-down meal. Watercolor florals and greenery feel lighter and suit a garden party or a gathering at home. If you have photos planned, pick colors that match the outfit or the decorations so the invitation and the pictures feel connected.
What to include on a sacrament invitation
Keep the essentials easy to find:
- Your child's full name and the sacrament being celebrated
- Date, time and the name and address of the church
- Reception location if it differs from the church
- An RSVP name, phone number or date
A short verse or blessing is a lovely touch, but a single line is usually enough. Send invitations about four to six weeks before the day.
Printing and sending your invitations
