Floral Party Printables
Floral is the most flexible theme on this site, which is why it turns up at baby showers, bridal showers, weddings and seventieth birthdays alike. The flower does most of the work: peonies read romantic, wildflowers read relaxed, and a single stem on a white card reads modern.
Every design is editable in Canva, so you can change the palette to match real flowers you have ordered.
Matching printables to actual flowers
This is where floral stationery usually goes wrong. Blush watercolour peonies on the invitation and orange gerberas on the tables look like two different parties. Pick your real flowers first, then edit the template colours to sit near them. You do not need an exact match, only the same family of tones.

Floral theme questions
Is floral too feminine for a mixed event?
Not in a muted palette. Sage, cream and dusty blue with loose greenery reads as garden rather than girly, and works at engagement parties and anniversaries.
Which flowers suit which season?
Peonies and ranunculus for spring, garden roses and delphinium for summer, dahlias and dried grasses for autumn, anemones and eucalyptus for winter.
Can I change the flower colours?
Colours yes, on any element you can select. Illustrated flowers baked into a fixed background image cannot be recoloured individually, so start with a design close to your palette.
What paper suits floral designs?
Matte cardstock. Gloss makes watercolour look plasticky, which undoes the whole effect.
Will the colours print as they look on screen?
Slightly duller. Soft pinks and pale greens print lighter than they appear. Run one test print before a full batch.
