Printable Baby Shower Signs
Signs are what stop guests asking the same four questions. Where do the presents go, where is the food, what is this game, where do I write my wish for the baby. A set of small printed signs answers all of it and makes the tables look considered.
All editable in Canva, so a set matches your invitation without any design work.
Signs in this collection
- Welcome signs for the entrance
- Guest book and wish table signs
- Gift table and card signs
- Game instruction signs — so you are not explaining bingo eleven times
- Diaper raffle signs
- Food and drinks table signs, including mimosa bar signs
- Due date guessing signs and advice station signs
Sizes
5x7 or 8x10 in a small frame for table signs. 11x14 or larger for a welcome sign on an easel. Buying three or four identical cheap frames and swapping the prints in is the fastest way to make a table look styled.
Baby shower sign questions
How many signs do I need?
A welcome sign, one per activity station, and one for food. Four to six covers most showers. Beyond that they start competing with each other.
What size for a table sign?
5x7 or 8x10. Larger than that and it dominates the table it is sitting on.
What paper should I use?
250 gsm matte cardstock. Matte photographs better than gloss, which is worth thinking about since these end up in the background of every photo.
Do I need frames?
They help signs stand up and look finished. Plain wooden or acrylic frames from any homeware shop work.
Can I print these at home?
Anything up to A4, yes. Larger welcome signs are better at a print shop on foam board.
Can I reuse them?
Yes. Edit the name and date in Canva and the same set works for the next shower you host.
