Floral Tea Party Invitation

A watercolour tea party invitation with a blush teapot and stacked cups, corner roses and two small butterflies. This one comes as two templates - a printable page for paper, and a tall phone version sized for a text, a WhatsApp message or an Instagram story. Same design, two shapes, so nothing gets cropped when you send it and nothing looks squeezed when you print it.

What you get

• A printable page, 8.5 x 11 inches (US Letter)
• A phone-sized version for sending digitally
• Two editable Canva templates, both opened from links in your instruction PDF
• A free Canva account is enough - no software to install
• An instruction PDF with both template links and a short print guide

What you can change

• The date and the time
• The venue and street address
• The RSVP date, name and phone number

The teapot, the roses, the TEA PARTY heading and the invitation line are part of the artwork and stay as they are. That keeps this a quick job - drop in a date, a place and a number and you are finished.

For the printable version, print on 250-300 gsm cardstock and run one test page on plain paper first. For the phone version, download as PNG rather than PDF so it sends cleanly.

• An editable Canva template, opened straight in your browser with a free Canva account. Nothing to install.
• An instruction PDF with your template link, how to edit it and how to print it.
• Text, colors and photos you can change yourself, as often as you like.
• Instant download — both files are in your order the moment you check out.

1. Order. Check out as normal — no account needed.
2. Open your PDF. Your download is ready straight after checkout. The instruction PDF holds the button to your template.
3. Edit in Canva. The button opens the template in your browser. A free Canva account is all you need — change the text, the colors and the photos, then save your version.
4. Print. Download from Canva as PDF Print and print at home or at a copy shop. Use 200–300 gsm cardstock, set scaling to "actual size" (100%), and run one test page before you print the rest.
